摘  要:织物的低应力力学性能决定了织物的外观质量。成形性是织物外观质量的主要属性之一。探讨了纬密对精纺西服面料(WSF)低应力力学性能和成形性的影响。采用Ashanhurst法对18种WSF进行了机织物设计,并在Kawabata评估系统(KES-F)上测试了这些WSF的低应力力学性能,用以评价织物的成形性。研究结果表明,随着纬密的增大,织物的低应力力学性能(如拉伸、剪切和弯曲性能)均受到影响,并最终提高了WSF的成形性。Low stress mechanical properties of the fabric determines the appearance quality of textile fabric.Formability is one of the major attributes of fabric appearance quality.The influence of weft density on the low stress mechanical properties and formability of worsted suiting fabrics(WSF)was discussed.Ashanhurst rules of woven fabric design were used for the designed of 18 WSFs.Low stress mechanical properties of these WSFs were tested on the Kawabata Evaluation System(KES-F)and used to determine their formability.The low stress mechanical properties like tensile,shear and bending are found to be influenced,as the weft density in the fabric increased.This eventually enhanced the formability of WSF.
