摘 要:对GS250L数控车床夹持结构的分析发现,直径超过78 mm(主轴孔直径)、长度300 mm以上零件的内孔加工只能夹持工件端部,工件悬伸过大,在没有中心架辅助支撑下会导致工件离心力过大而无法加工。对该设备夹持部分进行改进,设计主轴适配器,改用普通车床用大尺寸四爪卡盘,增大夹持面积,使夹持力作用点靠近卡盘,大大提升了该数控车床的夹持能力,成功解决了上述困难。Through the analysis of the support structure of GS250l CNC lathe,it is found that for the machining of the inner hole of the parts with diameter more than 78mm and length more than 300mm,part can only be clamped at the end,the workpiece overhang is too large,there is no auxiliary support of the center frame,and the centrifugal force is too large to be machined.The clamping part of the equipment is improved,the spindle adapter is designed,and the four claw chuck is used to increase the clamping range and the number of claws of the original equipment,so as to solve the above difficulties,significantly improve the clamping capacity of the numerical control equipment,and improve the range of the products that can be processed.
