螺栓数量对槽钢加劲蝴蝶形钢板墙抗震性能的影响

摘  要:采用有限元软件Abaqus,对侧边采用栓接槽钢加劲的蝴蝶形钢板墙进行滞回模拟,重点研究了槽钢上螺栓个数m对蝴蝶形钢板墙的滞回性能、刚度、承载力、耗能能力和刚度退化等性能的影响。给出了蝴蝶形钢板墙弹性刚度的理论,与模拟值进行了比较。研究结果表明:当m=3时,槽钢提供面外约束且参与受力的程度较小,试件承载力提升很小,弹性刚度与侧边无加劲的试件相同且与理论值基本吻合;随着m的增大,槽钢参与受力的程度提升,试件弹性刚度、承载力和耗能量明显增大,刚度退化速度变慢;当m≥5时,增加螺栓个数m基本不再提高试件的弹性刚度和承载力,且试件后期耗能能力还会略微降低,因此建议m取5。The finite element software Abaqus is used to simulate the hysteretic behavior of butterfly-shaped steel plate walls with stiffened bolted channel on the side and butterfly-shaped steel plate walls without stiffening on the side.The effects of the number of bolts m on the hysteretic performance,stiffness,bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation of the butterfly-shaped steel plate wall are mainly studied.The theory of the elastic stiffness of the butterfly-shaped steel plate wall is also given in this paper,which is compared with the simulated value.The results show that the bolted channel steel stiffener can greatly improve the energy dissipation of the specimen.When m=3,the channel steel only provides the out-of-plane constraint and the elastic stiffness is the same as the specimen without stiffening,and basically agree with the theoretical value;with the increase of m,the elastic stiffness and bearing capacity of the specimen increase correspondingly,while stiffness degradation decreases.But when m≥5,increasing the number of bolts m basically no longer increases the bearing capacity and elastic stiffness of the specimen,and slightly reduces energy dissipation of the specimen,so this paper recommends m=5.
