摘  要:以观音阁剪力墙结构设计为例,介绍了该塔楼结构布置方案的确定过程。针对结构超限情况,主要考虑了抗震性能目标和相应的抗震措施;采用3种不同力学模型的结构分析软件进行对比分析,相互印证计算结果的可靠性;通过小震下弹性时程分析和CQC法计算,对构件承载力进行包络设计;通过动力弹塑性分析找出结构薄弱部位,在施工图设计时采取针对性加强措施,以期进一步提高结构抗震性能;对大开洞形成的穿层剪力墙,采取多种计算手段保证穿层斜墙的结构安全性;顶部钢结构塔楼存在转换,考虑不同材料的阻尼比,其地震作用和重力荷载放大处理,梁按转换梁设计,确保结构安全。该工程设计成果可为同类工程的设计研究提供参考。Taking the shear wall structural design of Guanyin Tower as an example,this paper introduces the process of determining the structural layout of the tower.In view of the structural over-limit,the corresponding seismic measures and seismic performance targets are mainly considered.The structural analysis software involving three different mechanical models is used for comparative analysis.Elastic time history analysis and CQC method are used to calculate the envelope design of the bearing capacity.The dynamic elastoplastic analysis is used to find out the weak parts of the structure,and targeted strengthening measures are taken in the design of construction drawing members,so as to further improve the seismic performance of the structure.In order to ensure the structural safety of the inclined wall,a variety of calculation methods are used to calculate the shear wall with large holes.Considering the damping ratio of different materials,the seismic effect of the top tower and the amplification treatment of the gravity load,the beam is designed according to the conversion beam to ensure the structural safety.The design of this project can provide reference for the design and research of similar projects.
