摘  要:随着科技工业的发展,越来越多的移动电气设备对交流电提出了更高的要求,传统方波电源已不能满足工业要求,因此对逆变电源的改进也越来越受到重视。文章设计的由直流电逆变产生的交流电源,在波形上不仅质量比较高,而且还能够满足大部分行业的用电要求。文章首先给出整套逆变电源模块框图、前级推挽升压电路图及原理、后级全桥逆变电路原理图、SPWM正弦脉宽调制方式和采样方式,然后分析计算给出两级电路的功率开关管及二极管的参数选型,最后通过带载实验和空载实验验证文章设计的纯正弦波逆变电源波形完美,带载能力强,可靠性和稳定性较好,具有一定的实用价值。With the development of science and technology industry,more and more mobile electrical equipments put forward higher requirements for alternating current.The traditional square wave power supply can not meet the industrial requirements,so the improvement of inverter power supply receives more attention.The AC power source produced by DC inverter designed in this paper not only has high quality in waveform,but also can meet the power requirements of most industries.Firstly,the block diagram of the whole inverter power supply module,the circuit diagram and principle of the front stage push-pull boost circuit,the schematic diagram of the back stage full bridge inverter circuit,SPWM sinusoidal pulse width modulation mode and sampling mode are given.Then,the parameter selection of power switch and diode in two-stage circuit is analyzed and calculated.Finally,through the on load and no-load experiments,it is verified that the pure sine wave inverter designed in this paper has perfect waveform,strong load capacity,good reliability and stability,and has certain practical value.
