摘  要:个体的文化体系是在阅读的过程中通过不断积累形成的,国民阅读水平的高低决定着民族精神境界的高低。少儿阅读是全民阅读工程的有机组成部分,肩负着少儿阅读推广职责的公共图书馆应秉承以少儿为本位的服务理念,创建有利于少儿读者安全的阅读空间,加强有益于少儿心理健康的文献资源建设,通过社群合作强化少儿阅读的专业指导,重视少儿图书馆员人力资源的优化配置与素养提升,最大限度地实现图书馆在少儿阅读推广活动中的服务与引领作用。A man’s cultural accomplishment is accumulated and formed by his continuing reading activities.For a nation,reading demonstrates the integrity of its people.Children’s reading activity is an important part of the national reading project,the public libraries,which are responsible for children’s reading promotion,should uphold children-oriented service concept to create safe reading environment for young readers,strengthen the construction of book resources beneficial to children’s mental health,deepen the professional guidance of children’s reading through community cooperation and attach great importance to the optimal allocation of librarians and the improvement of their work.Only by doing well in the aspects above,can the public libraries maximize the service and play a leading role in children’s reading promotions.
