摘  要:圆锥滚子超精辊作为滚子超精的关键工装,其表面曲线复杂,以往的超精辊设计均采用近似计算的方法,不易获得高精度滚子。在分析切入式超精机工作原理的基础上,根据加工过程中圆锥滚子与超精辊的接触几何关系,推导精确计算超精辊理想函数曲线的新方法,并利用计算机辅助工艺设计技术分析超精辊素线理论模型的计算实例,为制造更精确的超精辊提供依据,为提高滚子精度水平打下基础。Superfinishing roller is a key tool for superfinishing of tapered roller,and has complex surface curve.Traditional design of superfinishing roller is based on approximate calculation method,which makes it difficult to obtain high precision roller.By analyzing working principle of cut-in superfinishing machine,according to contact geometry relationship between tapered roller and superfinishing roller during machining process,a new method for accurately calculating ideal function curve of superfinishing roller is derived,and a calculation example of theoretical model for superfinishing roller generatrix is analyzed by using computer aided process planning technology,which provides a basis for manufacturing more accurate superfinishing roller and lays a foundation for improving accuracy level of roller.
