摘　　要：目的观察液体敷料联合银锌霜对失禁性皮炎患者的护理效果。方法根据随机数字表法将80例失禁性皮炎患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组在常规护理基础上结合银锌霜涂抹,观察组在对照组基础上联合液体敷料护理,比较2组疗效和皮损愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均皮损愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论液体敷料联合银锌霜对失禁性皮炎患者的护理效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,缩短皮损愈合时间。Objective To investigate the effect of liquid dressing combined with silver-zinc cream in nursing of patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with incontinent dermatitis were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was applied with silver zinc cream on the basis of routine care.The observation group was combined with liquid dressing care on the basis of the control group,the curative effect and healing time of skin lesions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the average healing time of skin lesions in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The liquid dressing combined with silver-zinc cream has a significant nursing effect for patients with incontinence dermatitis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and shorten the healing time of skin lesions.
