摘  要:ATSE是应急电源、备用电源供电系统中确保重要负荷连续供电、可靠运行的关键设备,一旦损坏或转换失败将直接造成负载断电,导致人身伤害或财产损失等严重后果。当PC级ATSE安装在电源位置时,需要重点考虑预期短路电流与其短路性能参数的匹配程度,并仔细分析ATSE的短路性能参数和其上级保护电器的配合关系。针对设于电源位置的PC级ATSE的短路接通及短时耐受能力进行分析,提出针对PC级ATSE的短路性能参数的选择方法和建议,对设计师正确选用电源级ATSE有一定的指导意义。ATSE is the key equipment to ensure the continuous power supply and reliable operation of important loads in power supply system of emergency power supply and standby power supply.Its breakdown or conversion failure will directly cause power failure of the load,resulting in personal injury or property loss and other serious consequences.When PC-level ATSE is installed in the power supply position,it is necessary to focus on the matching degree of expected short-circuit current and short-circuit performance parameters,and carefully analyze the coordination relationship between short-circuit performance parameters and superior protection appliances of ATSE.Based on the analysis on short-circuit connection and short time tolerance of PC-level ATSE installed at the power supply position,in this paper,the selection method and suggestions on short-circuit performance parameters for PC-level ATSE are put forward,which has certain guiding significance for designers to correctly select power-level ATSE.
