摘　　要：信息化新技术为城市更新提供动力,催生了大量的智慧化应用,结合城市信息基础设施升级改造,分析智慧化应用新场景,提出智能化系统升级与改造方案,包括对市政基础设施的智慧管理,打造智慧管廊;以公园城市建设主题,实现智慧公园模式;对单体建筑或建筑群提升智慧建筑功能;结合BIM+GIS建设城市综合信息管理平台。New information technology provides power for urban renewal and has produced a large number of smart applications.In this paper,new scenes of smart application are analyzed in combination with the upgrading and transformation of urban information infrastructure,and upgrading and transformation schemes for smart system are put forward,including the smart management of municipal infrastructure to create a smart management tunnel;construction theme of park city to realize a smart park model;improvement of smart building functions for individual buildings or building groups;building a comprehensive urban information management platform based on BIM+GIS.
