摘　　要：ISO 11960《石油天然气工业油气井套管或油管用钢管》是生产油气井油管和套管的基础标准,对用量较大的油管和套管所用钢管的生产、性能及检测试验等做了详细的规定。由于油套管技术及用户需求的发展,有很多非标钢管用于加工油气井油管和套管。为适应需求,ISO 11960:2020把已广泛使用的非标钢管纳入标准,对不适合需求的内容删除或修订,便于用户生产、选用及订购。对ISO 11960:2020修订内容及技术背景做了介绍,为标准使用者理解使用修订内容提供一些帮助。ISO 11960“Oil and Natural Gas Industry:Steel Pipes for Use as Casing or Tubing for Wells”is the basic standard for the production of oil and gas well tubing and casings.The production,performance and testing of steel pipes used for manufacturing the tubing and casing with large amount of use are specified in it.With the development of tubing and casing technology and user require⁃ments,tmany non-standard steel pipes are used for processing tubing and casing for oil and gas wells.In order to meet the demand,the widely used non-standard steel pipes are incorporated into ISO 11960—2020,and the contents in ISO 11960—2017 that are not suit⁃able for the requirements are deleted or revised,so as to facilitate the production,selection and ordering of users.This paper introduces the revision content of ISO11960:2020 and its technical background in order to provide some help for users to understand and use the standard.
