永21储气库防气窜水泥浆体系研究

摘　　要：根据前期研究结果,胜利油田永21区块是非常理想的储气库改建区块,计划下一步在永21区块建设山东首个储气库。在储气库建设过程中,能否有效解决固井过程中环空气窜问题对于永21储气库井的建设和安全运行至关重要。在分析环空气窜产生的基础上,研究了一种新型的聚合物胶乳防气窜剂,通过水泥浆性能系数法进行环空水泥浆防窜性能评价,其水泥浆性能系数为2.71,防气窜性能提升率达到83.7%。在此基础上研究形成了一套防气窜水泥浆体系,其抗压强度达到21.6 MPa,抗折强度达到8.9 MPa,满足储气库固井施工需要。通过扫描电子显微镜研究胶乳水泥石微观结构进一步揭示了其作用机理,本研究为胜利油田永21储气库建设提供了关键的固井防气窜水泥浆体系。According to the previous research results,Yong21 block of Shengli Oilfield is a very ideal block for the construction of gas storage.It is planned to build the first gas storage of Shandong Province in the block in the next step.In the process of gas storage con⁃struction,it is very important for the construction and safe operation of Yong21 gas storage well to effectively solve the problem of gas channeling in annular space in the cementing process.Based on the analysis of the gas channeling in annular space,a new type of poly⁃mer latex anti gas channeling agent was studied.The anti gas channeling performance of the cement slurry in annular space was evalu⁃ated by cement slurry performance coefficient.The cement slurry performance coefficient was 2.71,and the polymer latex anti gas chan⁃neling agent makes anti gas channeling performance of cement slurry be improved by 83.7%.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the anti gas channeling cement are 21.6 MPa and 8.9 MPa,which meet the needs of cementing construction of gas storage.The microstructure of the cement containing the polymer latex anti gas channeling agent was studied by SEM,and the mechanism of the polymer latex anti gas channeling agent was revealed.This study provides a key cement slurry system for the construction of Yong21 gas storage in Shengli Oilfield.
