摘　　要：为了进一步提升基层HSE管控水平,推进HSE培训工作,强化培训效果,切实提高基层员工的安全素质和安全技能,针对当前基层HSE培训中存在的问题和现状,探讨切实可行、贴合实际的HSE培训方式,分享经验,为石油企业基层HSE培训管理拓宽思路。In order to further improve the level of grass-roots HSE management and control,strengthen the promotion of HSE training,strengthen the training effect,and effectively improve the safety quality and safety skills of grass-roots employees,in view of the exist⁃ing problems and current situation of grass-roots HSE training,this paper explores practical methods of HSE training,and shares effec⁃tive practices and experiences,so as to broaden the ideas of HSE training management at the grassroots level in petroleum enterprises..
