大数据视角下供应链人才需求分析及其在重大疫情下变化趋势的研究

摘　　要：在我国,供应链专业的建设与发展还处于起步阶段,目前我国供应链人才的供需矛盾依然存在。为了更深入、全面地了解我国供应链人才需求的特点,促进供应链专业建设,收集了25291条供应链岗位网上招聘广告,通过数理统计分析,分析了我国供应链人才需求的基本特征,并通过文本挖掘进一步研究了具体供应链岗位技能需求的特点及相关关系。最后,基于以上数据分析,对我国在重大疫情下供应链专业建设提出了建议。In China,the construction and development of supply chain specialty is still in its infancy,and the contradiction between supply and demand of supply chain talents still exists.In order to better understanding the characteristics of supply chain talent demand in China and promoting the construction of supply chain specialty,this paper collects 12900 online recruitment advertisements for SCM posts.Through mathematical statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of supply chain talent demand in China,and studies the characteristics and correlation of specific supply chain post skill demand through text mining.Finally,based on the above data analysis,suggestions are put forward for the construction of supply chain specialty in China under the severe epidemic situation.
