摘 要:目的了解永久性肠造口患者自我超越水平现状,探讨其影响因素。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月在深圳市某三级甲等医院就诊的130例永久性肠造口患者,采用一般情况调查表、自我超越量表、一般自我效能感量表及社会支持量表进行调查。结果永久性肠造口患者自我超越得分为(36.84±5.46)分;不同文化程度、造口自我接受程度的永久性肠造口患者自我超越得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);永久性肠造口患者自我超越水平与其自我效能感、社会支持均呈正相关(P<0.05);自我效能感、文化程度、造口自我接受程度、社会支持是永久性肠造口患者自我超越水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论永久性肠造口患者自我超越水平较低,受患者文化程度、造口自我接受程度、自我效能感、社会支持的影响。Objective To understand the status quo of the self-transcendence level of patients with permanent enterostomy and explore its influencing factors.Methods We 130 cases of patients with permanent enterostomy who were treated in a tertiary A hospital in Shenzhen from January 2018 to October 2019.The general situation questionnaire,self-transcendence scale,general self-efficacy scale and the social support scale was adopted to conduct an investigation.Results The self-transcendence score of patients with permanent enterostomy was(36.84±5.46)points.There were statistically significant differences in the self-transcendence scores of permanent enterostomy patients with different education levels and self-acceptance degree of stoma(P<0.05),the self-transcendence level of permanent enterostomy patients was positively correlated with their self-efficacy and social support(P<0.05),and self-efficacy,education level,self-acceptance degree of stoma and social support were the influencing factors of self-transcendence of patients with permanent enterostomy(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of self-transcendence in patients with permanent enterostomy was low,which was affected by the patient's education level,self-acceptance degree of stoma,self-efficacy and social support.
