摘　　要：目的探讨以国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心(MMC)平台为核心的糖尿病全病程健康教育在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年11月至2018年11月我院收治的106例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为研究组55例和对照组51例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组则以MMC平台为核心开展糖尿病全病程健康教育,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者自我护理行为评分、生活质量评分、血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者自我护理行为评分、生活质量评分均较干预前显著提高,血糖水平较干预前显著下降(P<0.05);干预后,研究组自我护理行为评分、生活质量评分、血糖水平较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论以MMC平台为核心开展糖尿病全病程健康教育,可有效提升2型糖尿病自我护理能力及生活质量,血糖控制效果较好,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of diabetes whole-course health education centered on Metabolic Management Center(MMC)platform in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods To select 106 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 as the study objects,and according to the order of admission,they were divided into a study group of 55 cases and a control group of 51 cases.The MMC platform was set the core to carry out health education for the whole course of diabetes and compare the nursing effects of two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in self-care behavior scores,living quality scores and blood glucose levels between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the self-care behavior scores and living quality scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the blood glucose level were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-care behavior score,living quality score,and blood glucose level of the study group were higher than those of the control group and the improvement waseven more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course of diabetes health education based on MMC platform can effectively improve the self-care ability and living quality of type 2 diabetes,and the effect of blood sugar control was better,which was worth popularizing and applying.
