基于快速康复的全程化护理在肺叶切除患者围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于快速康复的全程化护理(ERAS)理念在肺叶切除患者围术期护理中的应用。方法选取2019年1—6月于我院胸外科接受保留自主呼吸麻醉下胸腔镜肺叶切除手术治疗的患者130例为研究对象。将2019年1—3月入院的65例患者设为对照组;将2019年4—6月入院的的65例患者设为观察组。对照组实施胸外科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于快速康复的全程化护理。比较两组术后恢复时间和护理质量。结果观察组术后恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05),护理质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于快速康复护理方法的全程化护理可有效缩短患者恢复时间,提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of the whole-course nursing(ERAS)concept based on rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative nursing of patients with lobectomy.Methods To select cases of 130 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy under spontaneous breathing anesthesia in our hospital from January to June 2019 was as the study objects,the 65 cases of patients admitted from January to March 2019 were set as a control group,and the 65 cases of patients admitted from April to June 2019 were set as an observation group.The control group carried out routine nursing of thoracic surgery,and the observation group carried out the whole-course nursing based on rapid rehabilitation on the basis of the control group to compare the postoperative recovery time and nursing quality between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality score was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the whole-course nursing based on rapid rehabilitation nursing method can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients and improve the nursing quality.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
