循证护理在乳腺癌根治术患者术后功能锻炼中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在乳腺癌根治术患者术后功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院乳腺癌根治术患者150例,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施循证护理。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,研究组健康知识掌握度评分、术后功能锻炼依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),患侧肢体肩关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术患者术后功能锻炼中实施循证护理可提高其健康知识掌握度和术后功能锻炼依从性,促进患侧肢体肩关节活动度恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in postoperative functional exercise of patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods To select 150 cases of patients undergoing radical mastectomy in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received evidence-based nursing to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the mastery degree of health knowledge and compliance rate of postoperative functional exercises in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the shoulder joint mobility of the affected limb was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in postoperative functional exercises of patients undergoing radical mastectomy can improve mastery degree of their health knowledge and compliance of postoperative functional exercises,and promote the recovery of the shoulder joint mobility of the affected limb.
