Clavien-Dindo分级显示,I级、II级、Ⅲa级、Ⅲb级、Ⅳa级并发症分别有19例、30例、13例、4例、3例,I级、II级在给予对症支持治疗后好转,Ⅲa、Ⅲb、Ⅳa级经手术治疗、ICU监护后均好转。 Objective To explore the grading status of postoperative complications of elderly patients treated with laparoscopic in urologic surgery. Methods To select 412 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the urologic surgery of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study objects.Retrospective research methods were used to analyze patients'clinical data and postoperative medical records, and the Clavien-Dindo grading system was used to evaluate postoperative complications. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in 412 cases of patients was 16.75%,of which the incidence of incision infection was the highest at 21.74%.The Clavien-Dindo grading showed that there were 19,30,13,4,and 3 cases of complications of grade I,grade II,grade IIIa,grade IIIb,and grade IVa,respectively. After grade I and II were given symptomatic supportive treatment,it has been improved, and gradeⅢa,Ⅲb,andⅣa all got better after operative treatment and ICU monitoring. Conclusion The Clavieen-Dindo grading of postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic treatment in urology surgery was mainly grade II.After the operation,it was especially necessary to watch out for the occurrence of wound infection, postoperative bleeding, and peritoneal injury.
