盆底肌功能训练联合脉冲电流刺激对老年前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底肌功能训练联合脉冲电流刺激对老年前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的影响。方法将2018年7月至2019年6月我院收治的老年前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者92例随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用盆底肌功能强化训练联合脉冲电流刺激,干预4周后比较两组患者排尿改善情况、尿失禁调查问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)以及尿失禁Cullen评分。结果观察组干预后日排尿次数、漏尿次数、排尿量均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组ICI-Q-SF评分、Cullen评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌功能强化训练联合脉冲电流刺激能显著降低老年前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者排尿次数以及漏尿次数,改善膀胱功能,降低尿失禁程度,可临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle training combined with pulse current stimulation on elderly patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods To randomly divide 92 cases of elderly patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy into a control group and an observation group from July 2018 to June 2019.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used pelvic floor muscle function strengthening training combined with pulse current stimulation on this basis.After 4 weeks of intervention,the two groups were compared with the improvement of urination,urinary incontinence questionnaire(ICI-Q-SF)and Cullen score of urinary incontinence.Results The times of urination,the times of leaks,and the volume of urination in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICI-Q-SF score and Cullen score in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor muscle function strengthening training combined with pulsed current stimulation can significantly reduce the frequency of urination and leakage of urine in elderly patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,improve bladder function,and reduce the degree of urinary incontinence.It can be used in clinic.
