低温水囊结合缩宫素在妊娠晚期低宫颈评分孕妇中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨低温水囊结合缩宫素在妊娠晚期分娩的低宫颈评分孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—12月在我院分娩的40例妊娠晚期孕妇作为对照组;常规采用缩宫素引产;2019年1—12月在我院分娩的40例妊娠晚期孕妇作为观察组,实施低温水囊结合缩宫素引产。比较两组产程时间、不良分娩结局、促宫颈成熟度有效率、引产成功率。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程以及第三产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组促宫颈成熟度有效率及引产成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温水囊结合缩宫素应用于妊娠晚期低宫颈评分引产孕妇,可缩短产程,降低不良分娩结局的发生风险。Objective To explore the application effect of low-temperature water sac combined with oxytocin in pregnant women with low cervical score during the period of third trimester.Methods To select 40 cases of pregnant women with third trimester who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2018 as a control group,oxytocin was routinely used to induce labor.The 40 cases of pregnant women with third trimester who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2019 as an observation group,and hypothermia water sac combined with oxytocin was implemented to induce labor.The duration of birth process,adverse delivery outcome,effective rate of cervical ripeness,and success rate of labor induction were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor duration,second stage of labor duration,and third stage of labor duration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of cervical ripeness,and success rate of labor induction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hypothermic water sac combined with oxytocin can be used to induce labor in pregnant women with low cervical score with third trimester,which can shorten the birth process and reduce the risk of adverse delivery outcomes.
