慢性牙周炎患者口腔健康影响因素分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性牙周炎患者口腔健康影响因素分析及护理对策。方法选取2018年10月至2020年1月本院收治的慢性牙周炎患者160例为研究对象,调查患者口腔健康现状。采用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响其口腔健康的相关因素。结果160例慢性牙周炎患者口腔健康影响程度平均评分为(29.27±4.36)分,其口腔健康质量较差,有超过90%的患者在“吃什么东西都不舒服;在他人面前觉得不自在;感到紧张不安;不能很好休息;有过尴尬的时候”这5个条目受到负面影响较大。单因素分析结果显示,吸烟、饮酒、牙齿数量、疾病严重程度及是否进行牙周支持治疗(SPT)为影响慢性牙周炎患者口腔健康的相关因素(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,口腔保健自我效能、是否进行SPT及牙科畏惧为影响慢性牙周炎患者口腔健康的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论口腔保健自我效能、是否进行SPT及牙科畏惧为影响慢性牙周炎患者口腔健康的独立因素,加强口腔保健意识,引导其采取健康口腔保健行为,重视心理状态,及时发现并疏导患者对牙科的畏惧心理,提升治疗依从性,使其遵医嘱进行SPT是改善慢性牙周炎口腔健康的有效手段。Objective To explore the analysis of factors affecting oral health of patients with chronic periodontitis and its nursing countermeasures.Methods To select 160 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 as the study objects and investigate the status of oral health of the patients.Single factor and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the related factors affecting their oral health.Results In 160 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis,there was an average score of(29.27±4.36)in the influencing degree of their oral health,and their oral health quality was poor.More than 90%of the patients had the following situation,such as"uncomfortable in eating anything,uncomfortable in front of others,feeling nervous"can't rest well,had an awkward time",and the 5 items were negatively affected.Univariate analysis showed that the smoking,drinking,number of teeth,severity of the disease,and whether to perform supportive periodontal therapy(SPT),which were the related factors affecting the oral health of patients with chronic periodontitis(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the self-efficacy of oral health,whether to perform SPT and dental fear were showed that were the independent factors affecting the oral health of patients with chronic periodontitis(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-efficacy of oral health,whether to perform SPT and dental fear were showed that were the independent factors affecting the oral health of patients with chronic periodontitis.Enhancing the awareness of oral health care,guiding them to adopt healthy oral health nursing behaviors,paying attention to their psychological status,timely discovering and easing the patient's dental fear,improving treatment compliance,and enabling them to follow the doctor's instructions for SPT,which was effective means to improve the oral health of chronic periodontitis.
