人工耳蜗植入术患儿监护人知觉压力与元担忧的关系

摘　　要：目的研究人工耳蜗植入术患儿监护人知觉压力与元担忧的关系。方法以2018年1月至2019年6月于我院进行康复训练的人工耳蜗植入术患儿监护人为研究对象,选取父母中的一位参与调查,共82名,采用《中文版知觉压力量表》调查知觉压力,采用《中文版元担忧量表》调查元担忧情况,分析二者之间的相关性。结果人工耳蜗植入术患儿监护人知觉压力总分(58.01±4.91)分;人工耳蜗植入术患儿监护人元担忧总分为(198.33±10.76)分;知觉压力与元担忧呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论人工耳蜗植入术患儿监护人具有较大知觉压力以及严重的元担忧情绪,且两者相互影响,具有正相关,需针对紧张、失控感以及不确定容忍性、担忧理由等开展针对性心理干预。Objective To study the relationship between perceived stress and meta-worries of guardians of children patients undergoing artificial cochlear implantation.Methods To take the guardians of children patients with artificial cochlear implants who underwent rehabilitation training in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 as the study object,one of the parents was selected to participate in the survey from a total of 82 people,the"Chinese version of the perceived stress scale"was used to investigate perceived stress,and the"Chinese version of the meta-worry scale"was used to investigate meta-worries and analyze the correlation between the two.Results The total score of the guardian's perceived stress of the children patients undergoing artificial cochlear implantation was(58.01±4.91)points,the total score of the meta-worry of guardians of children patients undergoing the artificial cochlear implant was(198.33±10.76)points,and the perceived stress was positively correlated with the meta-worry(P<0.05).Conclusion The guardians of children patients undergoing artificial cochlear implantation had greater perceived stress and serious meta-worries,and the two influenced each other and were positively correlated.So a targeted psychological intervention need to be carried out for tension,sense of loss of control,tolerance of uncertainty,reasons for worry,etc.
