摘　　要：目的探讨家庭支持下目标干预在周围神经损伤患儿康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月至2019年7月诊治的周围神经损伤患儿160例,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予家庭支持目标干预,比较两组患儿运动功能恢复情况、负性心理评分以及临床依从性,比较两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果干预1,3个月后两组运动功能评分较干预前均有所升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组负性心理状态评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床依从性、家属护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持下目标干预可提高周围神经损伤患儿的临床依从性,改善负性心理,促进运动功能的恢复,从而提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted intervention with family support in rehabilitation treatment of children patients with peripheral nerve injury.Methods To select 160 cases of children with peripheral nerve injury diagnosed and treated from August 2017 to July 2019,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given targeted intervention with family support on the basis of the control group.The recovery of motor function,negative psychological score and clinical compliance of the children patients,as well as the nursing satisfaction of the families of the children patients were compared between the two groups.Results The motor function scores of the two groups increased after 1,3 months of intervention compared with that before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the negative psychological status scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the score in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted intervention with family support can improve the clinical compliance of children patients with peripheral nerve injury,improve negative psychology,promote the recovery of motor function,and improve nursing satisfaction.
