术前推荐喉罩麻醉访视对老年髋关节置换术患者围术期认知功能及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前推荐喉罩麻醉用于老年髋关节置换术患者的围术期认知功能及麻醉依从性的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年6月本院髋关节置换术的老年患者80例作为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组在对照组基础上实施术前推荐喉罩麻醉访视,比较两组患者接受喉罩麻醉比例、喉罩置入失败率、手术麻醉诱导时间、手术时间、认知功能及麻醉依从性。结果观察组选择喉罩麻醉患者明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的麻醉诱导时间、手术时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后MMSE评分、术中麻醉依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前推荐喉罩麻醉访视在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用,能够有效促进患者选择喉罩麻醉方式,降低麻醉诱导时及手术时间,改善患者术后认知功能。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative laryngeal mask anesthesia recommended on perioperative cognitive function and anesthesia compliance of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods To select 80 cases of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group used routine preoperative visits,and the observation group used laryngeal mask recommended in preoperative anesthesia visit based on the control group.The laryngeal mask anesthesia recommended in preoperative visit was performed to compare the proportion of laryngeal mask anesthesia accepted,the failure rate of laryngeal mask insertion,the induction time of surgical anesthesia,operative time,cognitive function and anesthesia compliance between the two groups.Results The number of patients in observation group who chose laryngeal mask anesthesia was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The induction time of anesthesia and operative time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative MMSE score and intraoperative anesthesia compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laryngeal mask anesthesia recommended in preoperative visits in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement can effectively promote the method of laryngeal mask anesthesia to be choose,reduce the induction time of anesthesia and operative time,and improve postoperative cognitive function.
