摘 要:为比较沙乌头猪二元杂种猪的生长性能,研究选取初始体重相似的两种二元猪82头,在相同营养水平及饲养管理条件下饲喂至90 kg,比较分析其饲养时间、日采食量、日增重、料重比。结果表明,杜洛克猪×沙乌头猪(DS)组30~90 kg的饲养时间为73.07 d,总采食量为179.97 kg,日采食量为2.48 kg,日增重为0.82 kg,料重比为3.03。鲁莱黑猪×沙乌头猪(LS)组30~90 kg饲养时间为122.95 d,总采食量为217.02 kg,日采食量为1.80 kg,日增重为0.50 kg,料重比为3.65。LS组各体重阶段日采食量、日增重均极显著低于DS组(P<0.01)。除60~70 kg,LS组料重比显著高于DS组(P<0.05)外,其余体重阶段均极显著高于后者(P<0.01)。不同体重阶段料重比的相关性分析结果显示,DS组30~90 kg的料重比与60~90 kg的料重比相关系数高达0.799(P<0.01),30~60 kg的料重比与30~40 kg的料重比相关系数达0.781(P<0.01);60~90 kg的料重比与60~70 kg的料重比相关系数达0.575(P<0.01)。LS组30~90 kg的料重比与30~60 kg的料重比相关系数高达0.834(P<0.01)。30~60 kg的料重比与40~50 kg的料重比相关系数为0.701(P<0.01);60~90 kg的料重比与60~70 kg的料重比相关系数达0.515(P<0.01)。综上,DS组生长性能优于LS组。此外,不同体重阶段料重比间相关性因杂交方式不同而异,在开展性能测定时应考虑杂交方式的影响。研究为沙乌头猪的开发利用提供相关理论及数据支持。To compare the growth performance of Shawutou two-way crossbred pigs, two two-way hybrid pigs with a similar initial weight were selected. The 82 two-way hybrid pigs were raised to 90 kg under the same nutritional level and feeding management. The raising time, daily feed intake, daily weight gain and feed to gain ratio from all crossbreeds were compared and evaluated. Results showed that the raising time was 73.07 days, the total feed intake was 179.97 kg, the daily feed intake was 2.48 kg, the daily weight gain was 0.82 kg, and the feed to gain ratio was 3.03 of(Duroc pig×Shawutou pig)(DS) group from 30 kg to 90 kg. The raising time was122.95 days, the total feed intake was 217.02 kg, the daily feed intake was 1.80 kg, the daily weight gain was0.50 kg, and the feed to gain ratio was 3.65 of(Lulai black pig×Shawutou pig)(LS) group from 30 kg to 90 kg.The daily feed intake and daily weight gain of LS group were extremely significantly lower than that of DS group at each weight stage(P<0.01). The feed to gain ratio of LS group was extremely significantly higher than that of DS group at each weight stage(P<0.01) except for 60-70 kg which was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between 30-90 kg and 60-90 kg was as high as 0.799(P<0.01), the correlation coefficient between 30-60 kg and 30-40 kg was 0.781(P<0.01) and the correlation coefficient between 60-90 kg and 60-70 kg was 0.575(P<0.01) in DS group. The correlation coefficient between 30-90 kg and 30-60 kg was as high as 0.834(P<0.01), the correlation coefficient between 30-60 kg and40-50 kg was 0.701(P<0.01) and the correlation coefficient between 60-90 kg and 60-70 kg was 0.515(P<0.01)in LS group. In conclusion, the growth performance of DS group was better than that of LS group. In addition, the correlation between the ratio of feed to gain at different weight stages varies with the different hybridization methods, thus the crossing pattern should be considered in the performance measurem
