摘 要:在地震重灾区彭州谢家店恢复植物群落样方调查的基础上,采用CurveExpert软件对群落物种多样性与土壤湿度之间进行了相关性分析。结果表明:(1)物种数多样性与土壤湿度间线性相关系数为0.62,二次多项式相关系数为0.81,两者相关性较显著;(2)植株数与土壤湿度间的线性相关系数为0.62,相关性也比较显著;(3)物种α多样性4个指数与土壤湿度间总体相关性不够显著,最大值0.45,最小值0.06,平均相关系数0.27;与土壤湿度间相关性大小顺序:E(Pielou)>Ma(Marglef)>D(Simpson)>H`(Shannon-Weiner),其中前两者呈中等正相关,后两者呈弱正相关。土壤湿度对群落样方中的物种数、植株数具有比较显著的影响,对E、Ma指数呈中等程度影响,而对D、H`指数影响极小。说明在灾变胁迫区植物群落恢复过程中,土壤湿度因子对群落的稳定起到了非常重要的作用。Based on the investigation of the Xiejiadian plant communities in the earthquake-stricken area of Peng⁃zhou,China,we analyzed the correlation between the species diversity and soil moisture by CurveExpert software.The results showed that:(1)the correlation coefficient of quadratic polynomial equation and linear equation between the species number and the soil moisture were 0.81 and 0.62 respectively,so both of the correlations were very signif⁃icant;(2)the linear correlation coefficient between the plant number and soil moisture was 0.62,and the correlation was moderate significant;(3)the overall correlation between the four indexes of species diversity and the soil mois⁃ture was not remarkable,in addition,the maximum value was 0.45,and the minimum value was 0.06,as well as,the average correlation coefficient was 0.27.The order of correlation size with the soil moisture is E(Pielou)>Ma(Mar⁃glef)>D(Simpson)>H`(Shannon-Weiner),moreover,it was noteworthy that the former two were moderate positively correlated,and the latter two were weakly positively correlated.Soil moisture had a significant effect on the number of species and the number of plants in the plots,either had a moderate effect on E and Ma,or had little effect on D and H`.The result indicated that soil moisture played a very important role in the process of plant community restora⁃tion in the disaster area.
