定长切丝工艺对细支卷烟质量特性的影响

摘　　要：为探索定长切丝技术对细支卷烟烟丝结构、卷制效果等指标的影响,选择黄山A牌号细支卷烟叶组配方,开展了30、40、50mm定长切丝试验研究,分析定长切丝对烟丝干燥工序关键工艺参数、烟丝结构、烟支物理指标、主流烟气成分、燃烧锥落头倾向及感官质量等指标的影响。结果表明:定长切丝能一定程度上改善细支卷烟烟丝结构分布,中丝的比例增加,成品烟丝均匀性提升,烟支物理指标稳定性提高,燃烧锥落头倾向略有降低,烟气细腻度改善,且能一定程度上降低烟丝消耗。In order to explore the influence of the controlled strand length cutting technology on the structure and rolling effect of slim cigarettes,selected Huangshan A brand slim tobacco leaf group formula.The 30mm,40mm and 50mm fixed-length cutting experiments were carried out.The influence of controlled strand length cutting on key technological parameters in tobacco drying process,structure,physical index,main flue gas composition,compress⁃ing tendency of combustion cone and sensory quality was analyzed.The results showed that the the fixed-length cut⁃ting could improve the structure distribution of fine cigarette filaments to some extent.The proportion of medium length cut tobacco increased.The uniformity of finished tobacco was improved.The stability of physical indicators of cigarette smoke increased.The droop tendency of the combustion cone decreased slightly.Fineness of flue gas was improved.And it could reduce tobacco consumption to some extent.
