摘　　要：伴随着新一轮科技革命和产业革命的蓄势待发,越来越多的重大技术突破正在深刻地改变着人们的生产和生活方式,先有百年柯达破产,后有阿里巴巴颠覆传统商超,科技创新所带来的颠覆无时无处不在。为适应时代要求,须制定相关政策法规,以鼓励和支持颠覆性技术创新的发展。在明确颠覆性技术创新研究现状的基础上,分析我国颠覆性技术创新发展的政策支持现状,找出我国颠覆性技术创新在发展过程中存在的问题,借鉴美国和日本的颠覆性技术创新发展经验,结合我国国情,提出适合我国颠覆性技术创新发展的政策建议。With a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution gathering momentum,more and more major technological breakthroughs are profoundly changing people's production and lifestyle.After the bankruptcy of a century-old enterprise kodak,alibaba subverted the traditional business supermarket.As we can see,disruption from technological innovation is everywhere.To meet the requirements of The Times,relevant poli-cies and regulations should be formulated to encourage ahd support the development of disruptive technological inno-vation.On the basis of defining the research status of subversive technological innovation,this paper analyses the current situation of policy support and finds out the problems existing in the development process of subversive tech-nological innovation in China.Drawing lessons from the experience of the United States and Japan in the development of subversive technological innovation and combining with China's national conditions,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of disruptive technological innovation in China.
