摘　　要：林业合作经济组织是林业科技服务的重要载体。提升林业合作经济组织科技服务水平对于推动小规模林农弥补科技短板,分享现代农业发展成果具有重要意义。通过对163家林业合作经济组织进行调研,发现其存在科技服务供需错位,专业技术人才缺乏,科技服务资金不足、组织运行不规范等问题,提出从完善科技服务机制、培育和吸引专业技术人才,推动林业合作经济组织提质增效、加大扶持力度等4个方面优化林业合作经济组织科技服务路径。Forestry cooperative economic organization is an important carrier of forestry science and technology service.It is great significance to improve the scientific and technological service level of the forestry cooperative e-conomic organization for promoting small-scale agroforestry workers to make up Technology short board and share the achievements of modern agricultural development.This paper based on the investigation of 163 forestry coopera-tive economic organizations,which finds that there are some problems,such as the mismatch of supply and demand of scientific and technological services,the lack of professional and technical personnel,funds for scientific and tech-nological services,and the nonstandard operation of organizations.It puts forward four aspects to optimize the for-est,including improving the mechanism of scientific and technological services,cultivating and attracting profes-sional and technical personnel,promoting the quality and efficiency of forestry cooperative economic organizations,and increasing the support Scientific and technological service path of industrial cooperative economic organizations.
