日本产学研发展路径及对我国的启示

摘　　要：日本产学研取得了较好的成就,长时期处于世界领先水平,值得我国借鉴和学习。我国产学研虽然取得了一定的进展,但整体质量并不高。归纳了日本产学研的主要发展路径,采用实证研究法,从中国科研人员的视角检验了这些路径在中国产学研发展中的功能强弱,进而提出我国产学研发展的借鉴策略。研究发现,日本产学研对我国产学研发展的启示主要包括如下:拓展合作模式,激励企业参与、建立协调员制度、建立委托研究员制度、重视中小企业产学研,推进国际化人才培养.探索产权激励之路。Japan's industry-university has achieved good achievements,and has long been at the leading level in the world.Although China's industry-universities have made some progress,the overall quality is not high.This study summarizes the main development paths of Japanese industry-university,and examines the function of these paths in the development of China's industry-university from the perspective of Chinese researchers with em pirical research,and then proposes a reference strategy for the development of China's domestic research.Th study found that the enlightenment of Japanese industry-university for the development of China's industry-uni-versity mainly includes the following:expanding cooperation models,encouraging enterprise participation,establis hing a coordinator system,establishing a commissioned researcher system,attaching importance to industry—uni-versity of small and medium-sized enterprises,promoting international talent training,and exploring the road of property rights.
