摘　　要：目的探讨Hymagic-4D多元精华液(miniHA、乙酰化透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠、透明质酸钠交联聚合物)对敏感性皮肤的作用及安全性。方法试验于2019年4月2~30日,在中山大学附属第三医院化妆品皮肤科学实验室,纳入敏感性皮肤女性受试者33名,年龄18~65(43±9.5)岁。采用左右面部对照方法,每日早晚洁面后,试验侧用新型透明质酸Hymagic-4D,对照侧用大分子透明质酸。试验前、试验7 d、14 d、28 d随访,内容包括医师评估、无创皮肤生理指标测量、VISIA图像采集及受试者自评。结果使用产品7 d、14 d、28 d,试验侧皮肤测量a值分别为8.54±3.08、8.87±3.21、8.39±3.21,低于对照侧9.48±3.09、9.51±3.30、9.03±2.95,两侧比较,t=7.00,P<0.05。7 d、14 d、28 d,试验侧皮肤粗糙度评分、干燥度评分、红斑评分均比使用前明显降低(P<0.01),且明显低于对照侧(P<0.01)。皮肤含水量、经表皮水分流失、pH值、L值、乳酸刺痛试验总分,两侧面部皮肤较均使用前明显改善(t=4.75,P<0.05),两侧相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.80,P>0.05)。结论透明质酸Hymagic-4D对敏感性皮肤人群具有一定的屏障修复和辅助红斑消退作用,在减轻敏感性皮肤的炎症方面优于透明质酸。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hymagic-4D multi-essence(miniHA,acetylated sodium hyaluronate,sodium hyaluronate,sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer)on sensitive skin.Methods The clinical trial was conducted from April 2,2019 to April 30,2019 in the Cosmetic Dermatology Laboratory of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University.A total of 33 subjects(average age of 43±9.5)completed the trial.Subjects diagnosed as sensitive skin according to the criteria were enrolled.Hymagic-4D were randomly applied on one side of the face while macromolecular hyaluronic acid was applied on opposite side for 28 days.Skin biophysical properties,lactic test,clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by the investigators at day 0,day 7,day 14 and day 28.Skin water content,TEWL and a*value were measured at the same time.Results Dates showed that at day 7,day 14 and day 28,the a*values on Hymagy-4D using side were 8.54±3.08,8.87±3.21 and 8.39±3.21,lower than that on the side of control 9.48±3.09,9.51±3.30 and 9.03±2.95(P<0.01);skin roughness score,dryness score and erythema score on hymagy-4d using side were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),and significantly lower than that on the control side(P<0.01).Hydration,TEWL,pH value,L value and total score of lactic acid tingling test which were significantly improved on both facial skin compared to the baseline(P<0.05)showed no statistical difference between two facial sides(P>0.05)during 28-day treatment.Conclusions This study demonstrates that Hymagic-4D has more effective in repairing skin barrier and inhibiting skin inflammation than single component hyaluronic acid on sensitive skin persons.
