摘  要:基于齿轮传动涡轮风扇(GTF,Geared Turbo Fan)的具体应用,研究了滑动轴承涂层方案的选择。针对锡青铜ZQSn6-6-3,ZQSn10-1和DLC(Diamond Like Carbon)三种涂层方案进行销盘模拟的摩擦磨损对比实验,结合工况模拟实验验证三种解决方案。结果表明三种涂层方案在GTF滑动轴承重载、高温、反复启停的工况下,锡青铜ZQSn10-1性能最优。Based on the specific application of geared turbofan( GTF,Geared Turbo Fan),the choice of sliding bearing coating scheme was studied. For the three coating schemes of tin bronze ZQSn6-6-3,ZQSn10-1 and DLC( Diamond Like Carbon),the friction and wear comparison experiments of the pin-plate simulation were carried out,and the three solutions were verified by the simulation experiment. The results show that the three coating schemes have the best performance of tin bronze ZQ10-1 under the conditions of heavy load,high temperature and repeated start and stop of GTF sliding bearings.
