摘　　要：混凝土搅拌站是由搅拌主机、物料称量系统、物料输送系统、物料贮存系统、控制系统五大组成系统和其他附属设施组成的建筑材料制造设备,[1]其中称量系统是搅拌站的关键部件,控制着混凝土配合比,直接影响混凝土质量和混凝土生产成本。从计量角度出发,参考国家市场监督管理总局最新发布的JJG1171-2019《混凝土配料秤检定规程》结合实践检定经验,阐述混凝土配料秤的计量检定注意事项、配料秤误差原因分析及维护保养。The concrete mixing plant is a building material manufacturing equipment composed of the five main components,which are the mixing host,material weighing system,material conveying system,material storage sys-tem,control system,and other auxiliary facilities.The material weighing system is the key component of the mixing plant controling the concrete mix proportion,which affects the quality and the production cost of concrete direct-ly.From a measurement point of view,referring to the latest JJG 1171-2019"Verification Regulation for Concrete Batching Scales"issued by the state administration of market supervision and administration,combined with practi-cal verification experience,the precautions for the measurement of concrete batching scales,the analysis of the causes of batching scale errors and maintenance are expl ained.
