摘 要:提出了基于工业物联网技术的陶瓷园区智慧仓储系统的规划与设计,在对陶瓷园区的仓储需求进行分析的基础上,针对原有人工操作方式进行信息化改造。将RFID技术和二维条码技术进行融合应用于智能仓储系统,从月台库区规划、标识规划、库位设计、RFID和二维码设备部署、系统硬件及软件的整体架构设计、系统业务流程实现、软件平台等几个方面着手整合,来进行智能仓储系统的部署。实现了信息系统与硬件设备的紧密配合,系统流程得到了优化,提升了仓储管理水平。This paper is aimed to present the planning and design of intelligent warehousing and logistics systems in ceramic parks based on the technology of industry internet of things.According to the analysis of the storage requirements,the original manual operation mode should be reformed in informationalization.Intelligent warehousing systems could only be realized through the integration of various aspects,including platform reservoir area planning,identification planning,warehouse location design,deployment of RFID and two-dimensional code equipment,overall architecture design of system hardware and software,implementation of system business process,software platform and so on.As the information system and hardware equipment are closely cooperated,the system flow can be optimized and the level of warehouse management will be improved.
