摘  要:目的了解泰州市介入放射学工作人员辐射防护现状,调查分析泰州市介入放射学工作人员外照射个人剂量监测水平,为降低泰州市介入放射学工作人员受照剂量、完善放射防护措施,提高个人剂量监测质量提出可行性建议。方法 2018年6月—2019年6月,对泰州市12家开展介入手术的医疗机构开展辐射防护现状调查,主要内容为120名介入放射学工作人员外照射个人剂量监测情况及个人防护用品的配备和使用情况。采用指环剂量计和常规胸章剂量计测量调查对象手部及全身剂量当量,检测周期为1年。结果介入放射学工作人员外照射个人剂量监测率为100.0%,介入放射学工作人员手部年剂量均值为28.03 mSv,年个人剂量均值为1.41 mSv,介入放射学工作人员因介入手术的类型不同而手部剂量存在较大差异。结论介入放射学工作人员受照剂量明显高于普通医用诊断放射工作人员的受照剂量。泰州市介入放射学工作人员个人防护用品配备率及使用率均不高,辐射防护安全意识和工作有待进一步提高。建议采取切实有效的个体防护措施,正确使用防护用品和设施,对介入放射学工作人员进行定期有效的辐射防护知识培训和有效监督,进一步保障介入放射学工作人员的辐射防护安全。Objective To understand the current status of radiation protection among interventional radiology workers in Taizhou City, investigate and analyze the personal dose monitoring level of external radiation workers in interventional radiology in Taizhou City, and put forward the feasible suggestions for reducing the radiation dose of interventional radiology workers in Taizhou City, improving radiation protection measures, and promoting the quality of personal dose monitoring. Methods A survey was conducted on the current status of radiation protection in 12 medical institutions carrying out interventional surgery in Taizhou City from June 2018 to June 2019. The survey consisted of the monitoring of individual doses of external exposure and the provision and use of personal protective equipment in 120 interventional radiology workers. A ring dosimeter and a conventional badge dosimeter were used to measure the hand and body dose equivalents of the respondents, and the detection cycle was one year. Results The personal radiation monitoring rate of external radiation in interventional radiology workers was100.0%. The average annual hand dose of interventional radiology workers was 28.03 mSv and the average annual personal dose was 1.41 m Sv. The interventional radiology workers had different large hand dose due to different types of interventional surgery.Conclusion The exposure dose of interventional radiology workers is significantly higher than that of general medical diagnostic radiation workers. The provision rate and usage rate of personal protective equipment for interventional radiology workers in Taizhou City are not high. The safety awareness and work of radiation protection need to be further improved. It is recommended that the the radiation protection safety of interventional radiology should be further ensured by taking effective individual protection measures, using protective equipment and facilities correctly, and conduct regular effective radiation protection knowledge training and effective supervis
