摘  要:目的 GBZ/T 300.7-2017《工作场所空气有毒物质测定第7部分:钙及其化合物》方法中用硝酸乙酸纤维素(CN-CA)微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气样品,但在实验过程中发现,CN-CA微孔滤膜空白样品本体值较大,且每一张滤膜间钙含量不同,对检测结果准确性有较大影响。本次研究主要目的是降低CN-CA微孔滤膜本体值对工作场所空气中钙含量测定过程中的影响,保证检测结果的准确性。方法实验组:用去离子水浸泡CN-CA微孔滤膜,取出后再用去离子水洗脱,晾干,分别做空白试验、加标回收试验和空气样品检测,对检测结果进行分析。对照组:取与实验组相同但未经任何处理的CN-CA微孔滤膜,其余检测步骤同实验组。结果实验组:空白样品浓度在0.390~0.418μg/mL之间,相对标准偏差为2.29%,极差为0.028μg/mL,钙浓度稳定,低中高浓度加标回收率在90%~105%之间,回收良好。工作场所空气平行样品检测结果差异较小,检测结果稳定可靠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组:空白样品浓度在0.705~1.418μg/mL之间,相对标准偏差为22.56%,极差为0.713μg/mL,稳定性差;加标低浓度回收率为63.4%,中高浓度回收率在90%以下,回收效果不理想。工作场所空气平行样品浓度检测结果差异较大,检测结果不稳定,结果不可靠,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CN-CA微孔滤膜自身含有钙元素,且不同张滤膜之间钙含量不同,对测量结果准确性有较大影响,通过去离子水浸泡再洗脱晾干的处理方法能够降低CN-CA微孔滤膜中钙的本体值,且稳定在可控范围内,从而通过扣除样品空白值的方法保证检测结果的准确性。建议在对工作场所空气中钙含量检测采样前对CN-CA微孔滤膜进行去离子水浸泡,洗脱后晾干处理后使用,保证检测工作场所空气中钙含量样品结果准确性。该方法可降低CN-CA微孔滤膜对其他金属元素含量检测结果的影响,具有借鉴�Objective In the method of GBZ/T 300.7-2017 "Determination of Toxic Calcium and Compounds in the Air of Workplaces Part 7: calcium and its compounds", CN-CA microporous membranes were used to collect workplace air samples,but it was found that the value of the blank sample of CN-CA microporous membrane was large during the experiment, and the calcium content was different between each filter membrane, which has a greater impact on the accuracy of the test results. The main purpose of this study is aiming to reduce the effect of the CN-CA microporous membrane bulk value on the determination of calcium content in the air of workplace, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test results. Methods Experimental group: the CNCA microporous filter membrane was soaked in deionized water, then washed and dried with deionized water. Blank test,standard addition recovery test and air sample detection were conducted respectively, and the detection results were analyzed.Control group: the same CN-CA microporous filter membranes without any treatment were taken, and the rest of the detection steps were the same as the experimental group. Results Experimental group: the concentrations of the blank samples were 0.390-0.418 μg/mL, the relative standard deviation was 2.29%, the range was 0.028 μg/mL, the calcium concentration was stable, and the recoveries of low, medium and high concentrations were between 90% and 105%, and the recovery was good. There was little difference in the results of parallel air samples in workplace, the detection results were stable, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Control group : the concentrations of the blank samples were 0.705-1.418 μg/mL, the relative standard deviation was 22.56%, and the range was 0.713 μg/mL, with poor stability.
