摘　　要：随着目前经济快速发展,职工健康检查工作面临着传统和新型健康威胁的双重压力,职工对健康检查的需求增大。职工健康检查是健康管理的重要内容和基本依据。因此如何更好开展职工健康检查工作越来越成为医疗界关注重点。本文就职工健康检查的内容与形势,目前职工健康检查工作进行的不足和建议等方面进行了综述,希望为国内职工健康检查工作更好的开展和疾病的预防发挥更好的作用。With the rapid development of current economy, employees’ health examination is being faced with the double pressure of traditional and new health threats, employees’ demand for health examination is increasing. Health examination of employees is an important content and basic basis for health management. Therefore, there is an increasing focus of the medical community on how to carry out the health examination work better. This article reviews the content and situation of employee health examination, current deficiencies and suggestions of employee health examination, hoping to play a better role in the better development of domestic employee health examination and disease prevention.
