摘　　要：为降低耐火材料生产成本,滑板生产从油浸、氮化、烧成逐步推广到不烧不浸。不烧不浸滑板由于没有经过高温处理,所以成型对泥料使用性能要求较高,而泥料使用性能对滑板外观以及使用后的效果影响也较大。In order to reduce the production cost of refractories,the types of slide plates are extended from oil-immersed,nitrided and fired ones to unfired and unimmersed ones.Without high temperature treatment,the molding of the unfired and unimmersed slide plate has high requirement for the mud service behaviors,which has big impact on slide plate appearance and application effects.
