摘　　要：思想政治教育在我国高校教育教学中占有举足轻重的地位,对大学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观具有重大影响。作为思想政治教育活动的主导者,思想政治教育者亲和力的提升有利于思想政治教育整体亲和力的提高。思想政治教育者亲和力具有阶级性、主体性和客体性特征,具备引导功能、整合功能和感染功能,可以通过主体性原则、学习性原则和发展性原则提升其亲和力。Ideological and political education plays an important role in college teaching and education in China,and has a significant impact on students in forming correct views of the world,life,and values.Promoting the affinity of ideological and political educators is conducive to the improvement of the affinity of ideological and political education as a whole since they are leaders of ideological and political education.That the affinity of ideological and political educators is characteristic of class nature,subjectivity and objectivity,and can function in guiding,integrating and influencing implies that the affinity of ideological and political educators can be promoted by insisting on principle of subjectivity,learning and development.
