摘　　要：在互联网视频强势发展的背景下,广电总局陆续对部分广电运营商发放OTT牌照。而由于广电系统本身的局限性,不能完全照搬OTT模式,江苏有线根据本省广电系统现状,研究出一种创新性的OTT与IPQAM融合推流系统,将OTT内容成功地引入广电系统,开创了OTT在广电系统成功应用的先例。under the background of the strong development of Internet video,the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television has issued OTT licences to some radio and television operators one after another.Since the limitation of the radio and television system itself can not completely copy the OTT mode,Jiangsu Cable has studied an innovative OTT and IPQAM fusion push system according to the present situation of the provincial radio and television system,which has successfully introduced the OTT content into the radio and television system and set a precedent for the successful application of the OTT in the radio and television system.
