摘  要:为了保证火炮装药温度一致且分布均匀,需要对装药进行长时间保温,为了研究此过程中保温用时最省的问题,采用多孔介质传热理论,建立了火炮装药传热模型,利用有限容积法对数学模型进行离散,得到相应的差分计算格式,采用多种不同口径装药,对不同初始条件的温度场及保温要求进行模拟仿真。将理论计算结果与试验测试数据进行了对比,分析结果表明,所建的理论模型能够正确反映发射装药的温度变化规律,该模拟方法具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to ensure the uniform distribution of charge temperature field,it usually takes a long time for the charge to reach the thermal equilibrium state.To save the thermal equilibrium time,the heat transfer model of gun charge was established using the porous medium heat transfer theory.The finite volume method was used to discrete the mathematical model,and the corresponding difference calculation scheme was obtained.The temperature field and thermal equilibrium process of various caliber charges were simulated under different initial conditions.The theoretical calculation results were compared with the test data.The result shows that the theoretical model can correctly reflect the temperature change law of propellant charge,and the method has certain popularization and application value.
