童年创伤经历对大学生自杀风险的影响——自尊与抑郁的链式中介作用

摘　　要：采用童年创伤经历问卷、自尊量表、抑郁量表和青少年风险行为调查问卷对北京市某两所高校的852名大学生进行调查,以考察童年创伤经历对大学生自杀风险的影响,并检验自尊与抑郁在其间的中介作用。结果发现,童年创伤经历可以显著正向预测大学生自杀风险;同时,童年创伤经历可以通过自尊显著负向预测自杀风险,并通过抑郁负向预测自杀风险。最后,童年创伤经历也可以通过自尊与抑郁的链式中介路径显著正向预测自杀风险。研究显示,童年创伤经历时大学生成年自杀风险的危险性因素,且自尊与抑郁在其中发挥了显著的中介作用。The Childhood Traumatic Experience Questionnaire,Self-Esteem Scale,CES-D and Child Behavior Problem Questionnaire were used to investigate 852 college students in two universities in Beijing,to investigate the influence of childhood traumatic experience on college students’suicide risk,and to test the mediating effect of self-esteem and depression on childhood traumatic experience and suicide risk.The results show that childhood traumatic experiences have a significant positive effect on suicide risk of college students.At the same time,traumatic childhood experiences can play a significant negative role on suicide risk through self-esteem,and positively affect suicide risk through depression.Finally,traumatic childhood experiences can also positively predict suicide risk through the paths from self-esteem to depression in a significant way.The study shows that the risky factors of adult suicide risk in college students with childhood traumatic experiences,and that self-esteem and depression play a significant mediating role between childhood traumatic experiences and suicide risk.
