三维能量多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜良恶性病变的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对子宫内膜癌良恶性病变应用三维能量超声诊断,分析其临床效果。方法对2017年9月-2018年10月确诊的126例子宫内膜病变患者临床资料进行回顾分析,根据良恶性分为良性组(n=95)与恶性组(n=31),两组均行三维能量多普勒超声诊断,对两组阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩期血流峰值速度(PSV)等参数差异进行比较。结果良性组内膜厚度、RI、PI、PSV各项二维超声参数与恶性组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组VI、V、FI、VFI各项三维能量超声参数与恶性组相比[(7.69±1.87)%、(6.98±1.68)mL、(26.53±1.34)、(0.81±0.11) vs (21.96±3.52)%、(8.91±1.98)mL、(33.15±2.78)、(5.42±0.63)],均差异有统计学意义(t=29.028、5.309、17.805、68.716,P<0.05)。结论三维能量超声可获取子宫内膜血流参数,在子宫内膜病变良恶性鉴别中应用价值较高,可为临床诊治疾病提供有力依据,值得应用。Objective To apply three-dimensional energy ultrasound to diagnose benign and malignant endometrial cancer and analyze its clinical effects.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with endometrial lesions diagnosed from September 2017 to October2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to benign and malignant cases,they were divided into benign group(n=95)and malignant group(n=31).Both groups Three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was performed,and the differences in parame-ters such as resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI)and peak systolic blood flow(PSV)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the malignant group,the intimal thickness,RI,PI,and PSV parameters of the benign group were statistically significantly difference(P<0.05);the benign group VI,V,FI,and VFI parameters were significantly different from those of the malignant group,(7.69±1.87)%,(6.98±1.68)mL,(26.53±1.34),(0.81±0.11)vs(21.96±3.52)%,(8.91±1.98)mL,(33.15±2.78),(5.42±0.63),the difference was statistically significant(t=29.028,5.309,17.805,68.716,P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional energy ultrasound can obtain endometrial blood flow parameters.It has high application value in the differentiation of benign and malignant endometrial diseases.It can provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases and is worthy of application.
