自拟苦柏颗粒剂熏洗方对混合痔术后消肿止痛作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析对混合痔术后患者应用自拟苦柏颗粒剂熏洗方进行熏洗治疗的效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月共118例混合痔患者为对象,均接受混合痔外切内扎术治疗,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组59例术后选择中药饮片类熏洗剂进行熏洗治疗,观察组59例术后选择自拟苦柏颗粒剂熏洗方进行熏洗治疗,比较两组熏洗治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1、2疗程后,水肿评分为(1.41±0.23)分、(0.86±0.19)分,疼痛评分为(2.12±0.26)分、(1.57±0.20)分,对照组为(1.68±0.27)分、(1.03±0.21)分、(2.67±0.32)分、(2.01±0.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.847、4.611、10.246、10.556,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.78%,对照组发生率8.47%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.120,P>0.05)。结论自拟苦柏颗粒剂熏洗方用于混合痔术后熏洗治疗中较中药饮片类熏洗剂的效果更好,可更迅速消肿止痛,同时使用、携带更为方便。Objective To analyze the effect of fumigation and washing treatment with self-made Kubai granule fumigation and washing prescription for patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 118 patients with mixed hemorrhoids from January 2017 to De-cember 2018 were selected as subjects.They all received external resection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.They were di-vided into 2 groups by random number table.59 cases in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine after oper-ation.Fumigation and washing treatment similar to fumigation lotion,59 patients in the observation group chose self-made Kubai granule fumigation and washing prescription after operation,and the effect of fumigation and washing was compared between the two groups.Results After the first and second courses of treatment in the observation group,the edema score was(1.41±0.23)points and(0.86±0.19)points,the pain score was(2.12±0.26)points and(1.57±0.20)points,and the control group was(1.68±0.27)points,(1.03±0.21)points,(2.67±0.32)points,(2.01±0.25)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.847,4.611,10.246,10.556,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.78%;the incidence of control group was 8.47%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.120,P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Kubai granule fumigation and washing formula used in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after fumigation and washing is better than traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and lotion.It can reduce swelling and relieve pain more quickly.It is more convenient to use and carry at the same time.
