复方倍他米松注射液穴位注射治疗四肢顽固性皮肤病临床研究

摘　　要：目的复方倍他米松注射液穴位注射治疗四肢顽固性皮肤病临床研究。方法选取研究时间段为2016年8月-2019年5月,以该院在此期间收治的100例四肢顽固性皮肤病患者为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法之间的差异分为50例常规组和50例实验组。采用复方倍他米松注射液进行治疗的为常规组;采用复方倍他米松注射液穴位注射进行治疗的为实验组。比较两组患者实施药物治疗后不同期间出现的瘙痒症状、皮肤生理功能以及治疗有效率。结果实施治疗后,实验组第3周瘙痒评分(0.851±0.121)分、第6周瘙痒评分(0.113±0.026)分,明显优于常规组(1.675±0.316)分、(1.022±0.035)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.219、147.420,P<0.05)。实验治疗有效率(98.00%)优于常规组(86.00%),数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.891,P<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松注射液穴位注射治疗四肢顽固性皮肤病有着明显的疗效,在改善患者临床症状的同时,提升患者的康复效率,促进患者后期更好的康复。Objective A clinical study of compound betamethasone injection in the treatment of refractory skin diseases of extremities.Methods The study period was selected from August 2016 to May 2019.100 patients with refractory skin diseases of the limbs admit-ted to the hospital during this period were selected as the research objects.According to the differences between the treatment meth-ods of patients,they were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,of which 50 cases in the conventional group and in the experimental group.The conventional group was treated with compound betamethasone injection;the experimental group was treated with acupoint injection of compound betamethasone injection.The pruritus symptoms,skin physiological function and effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients in different periods after drug treatment.Results Af-ter treatment,the experimental group had a score of(0.851±0.121)points in the third week and a score of(0.113±0.026)points in the sixth week of the experimental group,which were significantly better than those of the conventional group(1.675±0.316)points and(1.022±0.035)points.There was statistical significance(t=17.219,147.420,P<0.05).;the effective rate of the experimental treatment(98.00%)was better than that of the conventional group(86.00%),and the difference in data comparison was statistically significant(χ^2=4.891,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of compound betamethasone injection has obvious curative effect in treating refrac-tory skin diseases of extremities.While improving the clinical symptoms of patients,it also improves the efficiency of patients’reha-bilitation and promotes better recovery of patients in later stages.
