克罗米芬联合尿促性素对卵巢储备功能减退不孕患者排卵情况的影响

摘　　要：目的将克罗米芬联合尿促性素应用于卵巢储备功能减退不孕患者,分析其对患者排卵情况的影响。方法选择2017年2月-2019年3月收治的98例卵巢储备功能减退不孕患者,以治疗方式分组,研究组与参照组各49例,参照组应用克罗米芬,研究组以克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗,观察两组排卵情况、妊娠情况、流产情况及血清性激素水平差异。结果研究组排卵率、妊娠率分别为71.43%、55.10%,与参照组48.98%、26.53%相比相对更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.153、8.279,P<0.05),研究组流产率为4.08%,与参照组10.20%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组E2、LH、P水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组上述指标均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢储备功能减退不孕患者而言,应用克罗米芬联合尿促性素治疗效果理想,不仅可促进排卵,提高妊娠率,还可调节血清性激素水平,值得应用。Objective To apply clomiphene combined with urogonadotropin to infertile patients with impaired ovarian reserve,and ana-lyze its effect on ovulation.Methods 98 cases of infertility patients with hypoovarian reserve who were admitted from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into treatment groups.The study group and the reference group each had 49 cases.The refer-ence group was treated with clomiphene and the study group was treated with clomiphene in combination with urinary gonadotropin treatment,observation of ovulation,pregnancy,miscarriage and serum sex hormone levels between the two groups.Results The ovula-tion rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were 71.43%and 55.10%,respectively,which were relatively higher than the refer-ence group 48.98%and 26.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.153,8.279,P<0.05).The abortion rate in the study group was 4.08%.Compared with 10.20%of the reference group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);before treatment,the levels of E2,LH,and P were not significantly significant different between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For infertility patients with hypoovarian reserve,the treatment of clomiphene and urogonadotropin is ideal.It can not only promote ovulation,increase pregnancy rate,but also regulate serum sex hormone levels,which is worth applying.
