摘  要:目的测量Leksell-G型立体定向系统靶点误差的范围,分别对不同位置靶点误差进行描述,研究靶点相关指标对靶点误差的影响因素。方法利用颅骨标本制作模拟靶点,完成立体定向手术,测量模拟靶点误差范围,分析靶点误差影响因素。结果Leksell-G系统模拟立体定向活检手术的平均靶点误差范围为(3.49±1.15)mm,其中前颅窝底靶点误差范围为(3.64±0.98)mm,中颅窝底靶点误差范围为(3.56±1.09)mm,后颅窝底靶点误差范围为(3.30±1.25)mm,垂体窝靶点误差范围为(3.44±1.43)mm,枕骨大孔靶点误差范围为(3.36±1.31)mm。对可能影响Leksell-G系统模拟手术靶点误差的X、Y、Z、环角、弧角数据进行单因素回归分析,结果显示:靶点位置的X、Y、Z坐标值对靶点误差无统计学意义(P值分别为0.908、0.813、0.836)。穿刺路径的环角和弧角对靶点误差的影响有统计学意义(P值分别为0.032、0.007)。结论Leksell-G系统靶点位置对靶点误差没有影响,对Leksell-G系统活检手术的靶点误差产生影响的是环角、弧角角度。Objective Measuring the range of target error of leksell-G stereotactic system,describing the target error of different positions respectively,and studying the influencing factors of target related indexes on target error.Methods Making simulated target with skull specimen,completing stereotactic operation,measuring the error range of simulated target,analyzing the influencing factors of target error.Results The results showed that the average target error range of the Leksell-G system to simulate stereotactic biopsy surgery was(3.49±1.15)mm,including(3.64±0.98)mm in anterior fossa,(3.56±1.09)mm in middle fossa,(3.30±1.25)mm in posterior fossa,(3.44±1.43)mm in pituitary fossa and(3.36±1.31)mm in occipital foramen.The single factor regression analysis of X,Y,Z,ring angle and arc angle data which may affect the target error of leksell-G system simulation surgery showed that the X,Y and Z coordinates of the target position had no statistical significance for the target error(P values were 0.908,0.813 and 0.836 respectively).The influence of the ring angle and arc angle of the puncture path on the target error was statistically significant(P=0.032,0.007).Conclusion The target position of the Leksell-G system has no effect on the target error.What affects the target error of the Leksell-G system biopsy is the ring angle and arc angle.
