补阳还五汤联合氯吡格雷对心肌梗死患者血清中hs-CRP、IL-18、TNF-α因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤联合氯吡格雷对心肌梗死的效果。方法选取陕西中医药大学第二附属医院心肌梗死患者118例,随机设为研究组与对照组。对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-18及TNF-α水平研究组分别为(2.2±0.5)mg/L、(5.1±1.0)ng/L、(13.3±1.7)ng/L,对照组分别为(4.3±1.0)mg/L、(7.6±1.4)ng/L、(16.6±1.9)ng/L,差异显著(P<0.05);总有效率研究组为94.9%,对照组为76.3%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合氯吡格雷能够促使心肌梗死患者血清hs-CRP、IL-18及TNF-α水平显著降低。Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with clopidogrel on myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 118 patients treated with myocardial infarction in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object,and randomly set as the research group and the control group.The control group was given clopidogrel at the same time,and the research group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction based on the control group.Comparethe efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-18 and TNF-αin the study group were(2.2±0.5)mg/L,(5.1±1.0)ng/L,(13.3±1.7)ng/L,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-18 and TNF-αin the control group were(4.3±1.0)mg/L、(7.6±1.4)ng/L、(16.6±1.9)ng/L,which were significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate was 94.9%in the study group and 76.3%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with clopidogrel can significantly reduce serum hs-CRP,IL-18 and TNF-αlevels in patients with myocardial infarction.
