泌尿外科前列地尔的合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的利用HIS医院信息管理软件调查某院泌尿外科前列地尔的使用情况,分析其临床应用合理性。方法纳入2018年3月31日至2020年4月1日延安大学附属医院泌尿外科使用前列地尔的272例出院患者,并统计其临床诊断、前列地尔注射液的用法用量。结果前列地尔注射液在泌尿外科临床应用中存在问题较多,其中不合理用药主要表现在超适应症用药136例(50%),溶媒选择不适宜66例(24.26%),用法用量不适宜8例(2.94%),给药频次不适宜2例(0.74%)。结论前列地尔注射液在临床应用种出现超说明书用药时应引起重视。利用点评标准进行专项处方点评对指导临床合理用药具有重要意义。Objective Apply Hospital Information System(HIS)to investigate the use of alprostadil in urology department of a hospital and analyze the rationality of its clinical application.Methods A total of 272 patients were discharged from Affiliated Hospital of Yan′an University on March 31,2018 to April 1,2020,and their clinical diagnosis and use of alprostadil injection were calculated.Results There are many problems in the clinical use of alprostadil injection in urology,and the unreasonable drug uses were mainly manifested in the following aspects:off-label drug use(136,50%),inappropriate choice of solvent(66,24.26%),inappropriate usage(8,2.94%)and dosage(2,0.74%),etc.Conclusion Alprostadil injection should be prescribed seriously when it is used in off-label indications.Special prescription comments based on established standards are of great significance in guiding rational clinical use of drugs.
